Cozy up on the loveseat in front of the stone fireplace and TV. The open living room with cathedral ceiling looks out over the pond and mountains. Watch morning birds at the feeder from the main floor king bed master bedroom adjacent to a full bath. Up the stairs in the loft is a window seat, the perfect place to curl up and read or gaze out to the mountains beyond. A king bed and half bath complete this special space. Your dogs will love the runnable fenced yard and extra large dog door.

Snickers was a standard schnauzer mix who we always said must have been mixed with lamb, as he was the sweetest, most laid-back dog ever. Originally acquired as a rescue for the purpose of training him to be a hearing dog for Paws with a Cause, Snickers flunked out of service dog work due to a tendency to flee from loud noises, especially smoke alarms, and water hoses. He then became a demonstration dog, accompanying Ellen on presentations about service work. He knew sign language, could sneeze on cue, was Barkwells first dog and graced us with his presence for 14 years.
