Starting June 1, 2024:

If you are a Barkwells guest staying at our Mills River property, you can order groceries before your stay to be stocked in your cabin before you arrive for check-in. 

To place your grocery order, simply complete the following steps:

• Visit shop.ingles-markets.com or use the Ingles Mobile App (Download for Apple; Download for Android), select store #133 – Mills River (3338 Boylston Hwy, Mills River, NC).
• Choose your items and complete your payment to Ingles with a credit or debit card. Use our Barkwells' Ingles Advantage Card # for discounts: 47819473771
• Orders can be made up to 7 days in advance but must be placed no later than one day prior to check-in.
• Set the pick-up time for 9:00 AM on your arrival date. 
• If you’d like Barkwells to handle the pick-up, call our office at (828) 891-8288 in advance of your check-in date and provide the name the order is under and the confirmed date/time of pick-up.There is a $50 charge for pick-up and stocking your cabin. 

We’ll ensure your groceries are put away in your cabin before you arrive. Please note that a minimum order of $35 is required, and while Barkwells won’t verify the items ordered, Ingles will handle any discrepancies. Start your stay stress-free with this convenient service!
